Welcome to Our Blog!

Our classroom blog was created as a place where we can meet online together to reflect on and explore ideas, share opinions, discuss various topics and also create! I am so excited to be a part of all the learning that is going to go on here and I hope you are, too! Now, what about the name of our blog? The Read Wheelbarrow was chosen as a "play on words" and refers to a very interesting poem (I think) by William Carlos Williams called The Red Wheelbarrow. It is the first of many, many poems we will read and discuss. With it our blogging adventure begins...so, happy blogging everyone!

  9. The pandas were so cute! Ithink that there should not be so little pandas in the world because once the pandas or and other animal is gone the world might end because there is a food chain. So I hope that when I am older there will be more pandas in the world.

  13. OMG!!! That kid is so cool! When he tuned the banjo I didn't quite here the difference. Though he was pretty awesome. I think he takes lessons. I think that the music is like the music you would here when you go to Texas. Though I don't quite know where banjo music is popular. I think the boy might know. He was awesome and so was his band!

  14. That was awesome that eight year old boy playing the banjo was amazing and he also tuned the banjo while he was playing! What I LOVED is that there was a person playing the guitar and playing the violin. They must have practiced a lot because the boy was playing so fast that his fingers were moving so rapidly that I couldn't even see what he was doing with the strings.
